Summary: OMG! Check in was not until 4, rooms not ready at 4 due to housekeeping issue. There were armies of people waiting for rooms. It was chaos. Perhaps they need to hire more employees!

Summary: Checked in early to grab key card but arrived to room late and didn’t notice stains and clog drain on tub until arrival. The tub was taken care of early that morning, I had to get new roll of toilet paper as it was not a new one and old one had stains. The pull out and one one the queen big sheets had stains. House keeper did come and strip everything that next morning after I went to complain that evening. They could not switch my room or upgrade. Also, it was non refundable. Breakfast was okay, only decent item was fresh omelet. I never had an issue with this location but this time was not it. I Will not be back ,

Summary: The staff was all super friendly. This was the quietest hotel room ever! Room seemed bigger than other embassy's. Double queen bar open till 11, great area to play pool, darts, shuffle board with the family next to the bar!

Summary: We usually love staying at the Embassy Suites. It is our go to place to stay when we come to Milwaukee, but we will reconsider next time. They have several elevators but only one functioned when it wanted to. We were stuck on the second floor with no way down because the elevator would stop on the second floor, but it would not open. When we took the stairs in two different locations, we came to an emergency only fire door exit. We finally walked up to the third floor to take the elevator to go down to the lobby. The desk clerk told us of a set of stairs that we could use in the center of the hotel which exited to the breakfast area fortunately. We made several trips carrying our luggage, which was heavy unfortunately, down so we could check out. I asked if perhaps the elevators were malfunctioning because of the recent flooding and the clerk told me no, they do this when they are used a lot. THAT is why I question whether we will stay here again. I don’t want to take that chance.

Summary: Food options were limited to pub style food from the bar however, breakfast was very good. Had like an omelette station and all the rest of it very good breakfast. The bed was OK. However, the room smelled of a dog in the front room suite area of it they came and sprayed, but the spray only lasted for a short while And the Flooring made my socks dirty. It’s was not clean.

Summary: This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. My room was super spacious. I even loved seeing my name on the tvs upon entering. Breakfast every morning and there were so many items to choose from, from made to order omelettes to french toast, pancakes, fruit, sausage, etc. Convenient location and easy access to the Interstate. Front Desk people were super friendly and welcoming. The only things I didn't like was that there was no hot tub (despite internet searches on this hotel saying there is one). My bathtub in my room also didn't hold water very well. And I also didn't like that the mini-fridge did not have a freezer in it. I don't know if it was just my room or all rooms are like that but I definitely needed one upon checking out to head home. Despite all that, I would still stay here again. And as a solo female traveler I felt safe in this hotel and I felt safe in the area.

Summary: The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in on the Hilton app and use a digital key which made checking in super easy. The breakfast food was high quality, and my kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel was very full with hosting a wedding and numerous events being held at the same time in Milwaukee, but there was plenty of parking and the staff accommodated everyone graciously. I saw previous reviews about a/c not working in rooms, but ours worked great. It was triple digit heat index outside, but our room remained in the upper 60s the entire trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Dirty! Stayed 2 nights and nobody cleaned our room. Trash cans were overflowed we were given two towels but we have a room that sleeps six. The chair at the desk was falling apart and looks very unprofessional. I can't imagine that there's not a law that you don't have to have stairs that go from the first floor to the second floor very inconvenient for people who don't want to wait for a elevator. I don't know if we'll be going back and we didn't leave a tip. Also absolutely no conditioner in the shower.
